What the data says

An overview of the public data behind TKO.

At $186.01, TKO trades close to the low end of its 52-week band of $176.00 to $226.94 — a roughly $51 range, or about 29% from trough to peak, which is a relatively contained span for a stock of this size. The current price sits only about 6% above the floor of that range and some 18% below the high, so the past year's trading has kept the shares in the lower portion of where they have changed hands.

The market values the business at roughly $35.2 billion, or about 65 times trailing earnings and 47 times forward estimates, with the gap between the two reflecting expectations that earnings expand from here. Those multiples sit against a net profit margin of about 4.3%, so a comparatively small share of revenue reaches the bottom line, while revenue is growing at roughly 18% year over year — a combination of fast top-line expansion and thin conversion to profit. Price to book stands near 4.1, and a beta of 0.64 indicates the shares have historically moved less than the broad market in both directions. A dividend yield of 1.67% is also on offer.

Recent headlines are a mix of company-specific and sector-wide items. The pieces touching TKO directly include a WWE sweepstakes promotion with Morgan & Morgan, an exclusive WWE photographic licensing arrangement with Getty Images, and a January 2025 notice of a law firm investigation into the company. The remainder are broader market or industry roundups — insider buying and buyback screens, dividend-increase lists, and coverage of consolidation among media companies and the sports rights that would follow. Taken together, the flow leans more toward sector and screening commentary than toward developments unique to TKO.
