1. The service
Synoptiv provides research reports, market data visualizations, and notifications about publicly traded securities. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and to our Disclosures and Privacy Policy.
2. Not financial advice
The service is informational. It is not investment, legal, or tax advice, and no client or advisory relationship is created by your use of it. See the Disclosures page for the full statement, including how hypothetical performance figures are computed.
3. Eligibility, accounts, and plans
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to create an account. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Paid plans meter specific actions (report unlocks, symbol requests, notification emails, watchlist size) as described on the billing page; allotments reset each billing cycle and unused allotments do not roll over. We may change plan pricing or limits with notice effective from your next cycle.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t scrape, resell, or redistribute reports or underlying data; don’t probe or disrupt the service; don’t share account access to circumvent plan limits. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synoptiv is not liable for trading losses or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service; our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
6. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and may delete your account from account settings. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms. Sections 2 and 5 survive termination.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
