What we collect
Account data (email, display name, hashed credentials via our authentication provider), product activity needed to run the service (watchlist entries, report unlocks, symbol requests, notification preferences and delivery history, plan and usage records), and standard operational logs (IP, user agent) for security and rate limiting. We also collect anonymous, aggregated usage analytics and error diagnostics to keep the service fast and reliable; these are not tied to your identity and are never used for advertising.
Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies: the session cookies that keep you signed in. There are no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking.
How we use it
To operate the product: authenticate you, meter plan usage, send the notifications you enabled, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your data to train models.
Third parties
We rely on infrastructure processors to run the service: hosting and database providers, our authentication provider, an email delivery provider for notifications, and anonymous analytics and error-monitoring services. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function. Market data comes from third-party sources and contains no personal data.
Retention and deletion
We keep account data while your account is active. You can export your data or delete your account from account settings; deletion removes your profile, watchlist, notifications, and preferences, and anonymizes historical billing ledger entries we must retain for accounting. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal data — such as access, correction, and portability — and you can exercise any of them by contacting us.
Children
The service is intended for adults and requires users to be at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children; if you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
