What the data says
An overview of the public data behind TTMI.
At $115.33, TTM Technologies trades near the middle of a 52-week band that runs from $45.10 to $223.83 — a high roughly five times the low. The current price is about two and a half times the trailing low and roughly half the high, which places the stock well above where it spent the weaker end of the past year but a long way below its peak. A range that wide over twelve months describes a stock that has repriced substantially in both directions rather than one that has drifted within a narrow channel.
The market is paying about 52 times trailing earnings and roughly 6.5 times book value, while the forward multiple sits near 17. That gap between the trailing and forward figures reflects expectations of considerably higher earnings ahead, consistent with revenue growing about 37% over the most recent comparison. Actual profitability is thin relative to that pricing: a net margin near 7% means most of each revenue dollar goes to costs, so earnings are sensitive to shifts in volume and mix. A beta above 2.1 indicates the shares have historically moved more than twice as much as the broad market in both directions, which is the kind of behavior the wide 52-week range would produce.
Recent headlines split between the company and its sector. The clearest company-specific items are the June 2026 announcement of an agreement to acquire Swiss Technology Group AG and ILFA GmbH — an expansion into European operations — and an April 2026 report on the stock rising more than 15% in a single session. The remainder of the flow is thematic coverage of artificial intelligence and large-cap technology names, including ETF and sector-gainer roundups in which TTM appears as one holding among many. That mix means much of the visible news attention has come from broader interest in AI-linked hardware and data center demand rather than from developments specific to the company.
