What the data says

An overview of the public data behind INDV.

At $39.01, the stock sits near the upper end of a 52-week band that runs from $22.22 to $42.81 — about 76% above the low and roughly 9% below the high. That range is wide, spanning close to a doubling from trough to peak, so the past year has involved substantial swings rather than a narrow drift, and the current price sits in the upper portion of it.

The market values the business at roughly $4.6 billion. Trailing earnings put it at about 14 times, while the forward multiple of around 8 reflects expectations for higher earnings ahead — the gap between the two is the notable feature. Profitability behind those multiples is meaningful: a net margin near 27% alongside revenue growth of about 14%. Price-to-book reads as negative, which occurs when reported shareholders' equity is below zero, so that ratio carries no useful comparison here and is a function of the balance sheet's structure rather than of the share price. A beta of about 1.14 places the shares slightly more responsive than the broad market.

Recent coverage is a mix of company-specific and sector items. The company-specific flow includes scheduled first- and second-quarter 2026 results announcements, a $450 million upsized convertible senior notes offering priced in March, real-world clinical data presented at the ASAM 2026 conference on monthly injectable buprenorphine, and reporting on a fund's $74.8 million sale of the stock. Alongside these are unrelated healthcare-sector headlines involving other drug developers, which appear in the same feed without bearing on this company directly.
