Coca-Cola Consolidated, Inc. is a beverage company headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina. Founded in 1902 and known as Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated until it adopted its current name in January 2019, it is the largest Coca-Cola bottler in the United States. Through its subsidiaries, the company produces, markets, and distributes a range of nonalcoholic beverages, including sparkling soft drinks, bottled water, ready-to-drink coffee and tea, enhanced water, juices, sports drinks, and energy products. Alongside Coca-Cola brands, it handles other lines such as Dr Pepper and Monster Energy, and also supplies post-mix products for fountain dispensing. The company distributes directly to a wide set of outlets, including grocery, mass merchandise, club, convenience, and drug stores, as well as restaurants, schools, amusement parks, recreational facilities, and vending machines. It also sells products to other Coca-Cola bottlers. Its operations are organized into Nonalcoholic Beverages and All Other segments.
